Belated Key Conveyance Ceremony at 88 Hawthorn Street 10/20/2021 The new(ish) homeowners at 88 Hawthorn Street graciously agreed to help us out by posing for a key conveyance ceremony. This is only the third time we've done one of these, the others being at 33 Sargeant and 207 Garden (and strangely, it doesn't look like I posted a photo of the actual key conveyance at that ceremony!).
		Sold! 3/22/2021 Today we bid farewell to 88 Hawthorn Street as we welcomed another new homeowner to Asylum Hill.
Sold! 12/18/2020 We closed on the sale of 86 Hawthorn Street today, and we're very glad that we had this closing scheduled for today rather than for yesterday! The buyers are a couple moving into Hartford from East Hartford, and we're looking forward to welcoming them to their new home and neighborhood. We won't miss shoveling the snow here, that's for sure!

		Do It Day 2019 09/07/2019 This year, we got the offensive lines of the Trinity College men’s hockey team. They got more than just a work day out of their volunteering – turns out that one of our carpenters, David Cunningham, works for the Hartford Wolf Pack as an official scorer.

Volunteers from The Hartford 07/12/2019 A group from The Hartford came down to 86 Hawthorn today to pitch in with the framing. The group included Andy Daly and Rachel Pattison, both members of NINA’s board of directors. It was a blistering hot day, but they worked hard, stayed hydrated, and had a good time.
