Our friends at ServCorps had been keeping a car in the garage at Veeder Place. This car was a donation for an Afghan refugee now living in the Hartford area. Unfortunately, it wasn’t registered yet, as ServCorps was waiting on the refugee getting his driver’s license, and, because it was unregistered, our landlord summarily booted it today.
Of course we understand, but still: bummer.
