A series of entries designed to capture the ongoing adventures of NINA! See how we came to be where we are today, and follow along as we enter the new century of social media!
Haven’t started interior demolition yet. No power, so no lights, so this was a bit of practice to get right with my flash. Included one self-portrait, because it looks haunted.
The walls are gone. Plus shots of all three staircases from the first floor, two to the second floor and one to the basement.
And look: the cup is gone! But the flowers really are lovely.
Writing an application for funding, don’t you know.
Still having trouble with my flash. The third floor has now been demolished.
The roses are in bloom in front of Veeder Place: lovely. The ledge around the bed is cracked and dislocated. And there's a cup.
Some artifacts of the past house, plus the boards are now down from the bay window on the first floor.
Some plants along the driveway have suffered - it's a fairly narrow driveway, and we’ve had some problems with the dumpster. Otherwise, framing proceeds apace.
And Karen Pannone's first day! The workstation and its installation were generously donated to NINA by the Hartford Insurance Group.
