Today, the City of Hartford held its first DominGO! event – the City closed Farmington Avenue off to vehicular traffic and re-created it for the day as a pedestrian and cycling boulevard. The event went well, except that it was just beastly hot and humid today. It was fund, though, to be out on the street and seeing familiar faces and groups of people enjoying themselves at the waystations along the avenue.
