The kitchen is coming together – the wainscoting is nearly in and painted, the cabinets are being installed, and the new window, where there used to be a door, is being framed and installed.
Around the rest of the house, the crown molding and baseboard is underway and a new mantle has been installed in the fireplace in the formal parlor (now the “ballroom”). Painting is happening on the second floor.
In the apartments, floors are going in, and kitchens are mostly done.
