Here I am, with OPP’s mascot! Today, Our Piece of the Pie hosted a trunk or treat for its students for Halloween. It’s Nathan Gulley there, under the bear head. Nate is the security guard and resource officer for OPP, and he and I are neighbors in Frog Hollow.
Earlier in the day, OPP hosted a press conference at which state and city politicians announced that they would provide a grant to OPP to create a scalable model based on their Opportunity Academy that could then be replicated around the state.
