We’re getting closer to installing the new banners around the park. Hartford’s Department of Public Works cut back some tree branches to give the poles a little extra room. This is only the case on the block between Ashley (north) and Collins (south). The east side of the street has two-hour parking, while the west side of the street has unlimited parking. The result is that the street is reduced to one lane for almost the entire length of the block.
