Today, Vintage Home Restoration formally transferred title on 287-289 Sargeant Street to the new homeowners.
The city-owned property at 279 Farmington Avenue has become a campground! Photo taken from the intersection of Farmington and Laurel. For the record, NINA does remain the preferred developer on this property as well as the one next door at 285 Farmington Avenue.
The new compressor units are in. New utilities are being connected underground. Doors have arrived. New cabinets are being installed in the 2nd floor apartment. New cabinets are being installed in the 3rd floor apartment as well.
The volunteers did a great job the other day!
