We are starting to work with the homeowner at this house, for a pilot project for what may become a new façade improvement program. The homeowner has already decided to install a new roof, and now we are working with her to secure additional financing in order to restore the historic façade of the house. The pilot is still taking shape, but we’re thinking we can help with securing state historic homes rehabilitation tax credits; help with a design, thanks to our newest employee, Karen Pannone; and offer advice on local contractors who can do the work. If this succeeds, we will roll it out to the whole neighborhood.
