There was a vote today, for the Democratic Town Committee. I couldn’t participate, as I am registered as an “unaffiliated.” A shame, because this is the election that truly settles things in Hartford, as Democratic Town Committee selects the candidates for the municipal government, and these candidates inevitably win.
