Found in the basement at 285 Farmington.
Framing on the first floor. Demolition on the second floor. Nothing on the third floor.
Protected by Plexiglas, a standing complaint filed by the City of Hartford, while they owned the property. The date is September 15, 2021, which is after the City designated NINA the preferred developer, but well before they transferred title to NINA. And naturally, they got the address wrong.
Repair work continues.
